Neville Poole is the face of SolutionsIQ within the southern region of the U.S. With a territory spanning from North Carolina to Texas, her priorities are to ensure satisfaction for both clients and coaches within the region. Neville spends her days nurturing and expanding client and consultant relationships, building our brand within the region at conferences and gatherings, and devising a strategic roadmap for growth.
Neville joined SolutionsIQ in 2015 as a part of the Davisbase Consulting acquisition, where she worked as a coach for seven years and had a strategic role in helping to grow the Charlotte market. Prior to joining Davisbase, Neville built her career at well-known financial institutions including LendingTree, Bank of America and Wachovia. She went into consulting after having children because she liked working closely with a variety of clients.
A southern girl from the start, Neville hails from Louisville, Kentucky and graduated from Tennessee State University, Nashville in 1995. Neville’s love for agile goes beyond the 9-5; she has been the chairperson for Southern Fried Agile for the last four years. She loves spending time with her family, watching football, meeting her girlfriends for dinner and wine, and long days at the beach with a great book.
Kelley Horton is Optimization and Portfolio Management Executive at Health Credit Services (HCS). Kelley draws on her 30+ years of product development / IT experience to help the organization achieve business agility through sustainable improvements to their Way of Working.
She started her career as an Industrial Engineer in Silicon Valley but over the last 10 years has focused her efforts in the Agile community with a proven Agile transformation track record at everything from start-ups to Fortune 50 companies. Kelley has provided lean-agile coaching and training to all levels of an organization from executive to software delivery team member to help them change the way they deliver software.
Kelley volunteers her time as a Board Member for Southern Fried Agile, a local not-for-profit organization that hosts an annual conference for agile leaders and practitioners in Uptown Charlotte. Kelley is an avid sports fan (go Red Sox!) and dog lover.
